1. The Art of Packaging & Order Processing
Every hand-hammered copper piece is a weighty and exquisite work of art. To ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, we never compromise or rush our packaging process. All orders require 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for final processing, polishing, and meticulous gift-ready packaging. Once dispatched from our artisan fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the logistics system to update the tracking information. Note: Once an order has entered the packaging process, order details (including the shipping address) cannot be modified.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We proudly partner with DHL, a premium global courier, to ensure the safe and swift delivery of your heritage pieces. For United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom & Europe: Orders $120.00 and over: Free Standard Shipping (DHL, 3-5 business days); Orders under $120.00: $35.00 Shipping Fee (DHL, 3-5 business days). Shipping Restrictions: Due to international commercial shipping dimensions and signature requirements, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package will be shipped internationally.For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, the product price already includes all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees; no additional payment is required from the buyer.
By law, we are required to declare the accurate, true value of the goods and cannot mark packages as "gifts."
4. Delivery Exceptions & Responsibilities Matrix
International shipping involves multiple handoffs. To ensure absolute transparency, please review our handling protocols for delivery exceptions:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Responsibility: Buyer; Policy: If you notice an error, please contact support@anarheritage.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, a $30 reshipping fee plus the original shipping cost will apply.
- Missing or Invalid Phone Number: Responsibility: Buyer; Policy: International couriers require a valid phone number for delivery and customs clearance. Any fees incurred due to failed delivery or customs rejection from an unreachable recipient are the buyer's responsibility.
- Refusal to Pay Customs/Duties: Responsibility: Buyer; Policy: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, the refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the deduction of all return shipping costs. If the package is destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.
- Unclaimed or Ignored Pick-up Notices: Responsibility: Buyer; Policy: Couriers typically hold packages for 5-7 days. If returned uncollected, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Confirmed Lost in Transit: Responsibility: Seller / Courier; Policy: If tracking shows no updates for 21 days, we will initiate an official investigation. Once confirmed lost, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
- Marked as Delivered, but Not Received / Stolen: Responsibility: Buyer; Policy: Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," liability transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for porch theft. Buyers must file a claim directly with the courier or local authorities.
5. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes, severe weather, courier strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable Force Majeure events.
