Craftsmanship Promise

 
Each piece in our collection is hand-hammered by master artisans for over 15 hours. Due to this authentic artisanal process, subtle variations in texture, color, and size, as well as distinct hammer marks, are not considered defects. They are hallmarks of genuine Silk Road heritage and true handmade craftsmanship.
 
 
 

30-Day Return & After-Sales Policy

 
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
 
  • Items with quality defects such as holes or cracked welds, or incorrect items received, qualify for free returns and exchanges. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we assume full responsibility.
  • Returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons (including change of mind, mistaken order, or no longer needed) are permitted, but the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must send the item to our designated warehouse in Canada.
  • Natural variations from handcrafting — including hammer marks, minor asymmetry, and natural oxidation — are normal characteristics. Related shipping costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the buyer.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if only the outer shipping box is damaged while the product remains intact. No party shall be liable for related costs in such cases.
  • Customized items (such as engraved names or custom sizes) and items with secondary damage from use, washing, or improper storage are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; the buyer assumes full responsibility.
 
 

Non-Returnable Conditions

 
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:
 
  • Used items with clear signs of wear cannot be resold and will not be accepted for return.
  • Returns are rejected if original branded packaging or protective materials are missing, or if the item is not shipped to the designated warehouse as instructed.
  • Shipping damage not reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery is ineligible for return.
  • Items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
 
 

Fees & Liability

 
For returns due to personal reasons (non-quality issues), original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any import duties or taxes incurred during return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
 
The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
 
 

Return Process

 
To request a return (within 30 days), please email us at support@anarheritage.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (e.g., quality defects or shipping damage).
 
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address of our designated return warehouse in Canada.
 
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
